1978 GMC 3/4 ton 4x4 "Sierra Grande"
This is a clean 1 owner heavy duty 1978 GMC "Sierra Grande" 3/4 ton 4x4. It is 100% rustfree from California. It features it's original paint, and the body is very straight. This is hands down the straightest 70's 3/4 ton 4x4 I have ever had. Even the inside of the bed, and bed rails are very straight. It only has 85,090 actual miles. It has a strong, smooth 350, with a desirable 4 speed manual transmission. It has had the heads redone, and the addition of an aluminum intake. It is a pretty basic 4x4. It has power steering, power disc brakes, Dana 44 front, HD NP205 transfer case, 4.10 axles, dual tanks, etc. The brakes, suspension, and exhaust are all sound. It has nice tires on nice alloy wheels. It has had the stock AM radio replaced with a CD player. The bed floor has some light surface rust, but nothing major. I have driven this truck a hundred miles or so, it is an excellent driver, and is as straight as they come. I will let the pictures speak for themselves.
