One of a kind survivor!
1980 K5 Chevy Blazer with the Top-of-the-Line "Silverado" trim.
It only has 124,661 miles on a straight, 100% rustfree, original paint
California body. 1980 is a one year only front end style, featuring
rectangle headlights, and a flat grill. It is my favorite square
body grill. Only the top of the line Chevy's and GMC's got this front
end, making it very rare.
This K5 Blazer is well
optioned Silverado. It has a 350 engine, with a rebuilt TH350 trans.
Other options include: A/C, PS, PDB, 3.73 axles, power rear window,
sliding rear side windows, factory class III hitch etc.
It is very original, but
does have a nice looking professional 4" lift with 33/12.5/15
BFG All Terrains. I think this is the perfect look for these K5's.
They need a little lift and bigger tires. It also has nice sounding
exhaust with a FlowMaster mufflers.
The interior is clean and
original, but not perfect. The drivers seat vinyl is split, and the
dash pad is cracked. We installed a new headliner, and put a new
dash carpet on. It has a nice sounding Pioneer CD stereo with new speakers.
There aren't many
original survivors like this one left out there.
