1989 Chevy K5 Blazer "Silverado" trim
1989 K5 Chevy Blazer 4x4, with Top-of-the-line Silverado trim. This K5 has a professional lift with new 35x12.5x15 BFG A/T's on nice 15x10 alloy wheels. She has a proud rugged stance. It drives, and handles great even with the lift and big tires.
These were the last of the removable top Blazers. This one is straight, and 100% rustfree from California. It is a fully loaded Silverado. It has a strong smooth fuel injected 350, nice shifting 700R4 overdrive automatic, A/C, PW, PDL, tilt, cruise, power rear window, class III receiver hitch with electronic trailer brake controller, etc. The 4x4 system works fine. She has 3.73 axles which allow her to turn those 35" tires. Finally she has the factory auto locking hubs.
As you can see the interior is nice and clean with one ware spot in the drivers seat. We installed a new headliner.
Finally, this K5 drives great. The suspension is tight, the brakes stop straight, and the exhaust is sound. It has a one into two FlowMaster muffler dual exhaust that gives it a nice throaty tone. This is truly a hop in and drive anyplace type vehicle.
These Blazers are getting tough to find in any decent condition. Overall, this is a nice solid Blazer, that runs and drives excellent. I love driving it and get a lot of compliments
