1991 Chevy
Suburban V1500 1/2ton 4x4. 91 was the last and arguably the best
year of the "Square Body" Suburbans. This Suburban is 100%
rustfree from Oregon, and still features it's original white and
Charcoal paint. It also has a very clean undercarriage. It
is a fully loaded Top-of-the-Line Silverado model. It has a fuel injected
350, and an overdrive automatic. It also has front and rear A/C, Cruise, Tilt, PW, PDL,
Bucket Seats, Class
III hitch, Front tow hooks, etc. It also has the
factory quad front shocks, and an overhead console. It has the
desirable rear barn doors that are hard to find on a half ton Suburban.
It has 174K on
the body, which is about average for these western vehicles. Plus
the miles aren't as hard on western
vehicles as they are back here. They have nice smooth roads, and
no cold winter starts. The engine has a tickle at idle, but
otherwise runs and drives nice. It has new exhaust, recent brakes,
and recent KYB gas shocks. It also has like new 31x10.5R15 tires
on nice factory rally wheels.
We replaced the headliner.
The dash has some typical cracking, but has a nice dash carpet on it.
It has nice sounding AM/FM/CD stereo. It is set up for third
row seating, but the 3rd seat is missing.
This isn't the most perfect square body suburban I have ever had, but it is
100% rustfree. They like all square body 4x4 stuff is just getting
hard for me to find, so I am just happy to be still finding this stuff.
But, overall, this is a nice honest
turn key driver, that I wouldn't be afraid to
hop in and drive it cross country. |
