1985 Dodge W350 1 ton 4x4 "Prospector"

1985 Dodge W350 factory 1 ton 4x4 with the Top-of-the-Line "Royal SE" trim.  This heavy duty Dodge also has the "Prospector" off road package.  This Dodge 4x4 is 100% rustfree from Oregon.  It does have surface rust in the bed from normal use and the front of the bed has some heavier surface, due to some standing water, but there is no cancer in the body at all.  This truck is almost totally original.  Even the paint is totally original.  The previous owner said the carpet was getting tattered so he took it out.  He also took the carpet off the bottom of the doors, and took out the headliner.  This Dodge looks to have most every option offered in 85.  I don't know if Dodge had power windows in their trucks yet.  It has a 360, automatic, power locks, factory radio, A/C, PS, PDB, Cruise, etc.  The cruise works.  The A/C works, has pressure, but the compressor only cycles on for a short intervals, so she probably needs another pound of Freon.  It even has the Dodge "trade mark" turn indicators on the tops of the fenders.  It also has the "preferred" part time transfercase, with manual locking hubs.  The body is very straight for being all original and 30 years old .  It also has a flush mount, pop up ball, goose neck hitch in the bed.  The bottom line this is a rare heavy duty Dodge that you can hop in ad drive anywhere.  All I would do is give her a coat of wax,  a spay in bed liner, and a carpet kit.  I love original paint with a nice patina of use.
