1976 F250 4x4. Factory Highboy with
the big hub front axle. This is a solid California truck but has some
rust in the floors.
That is getting common in these old Highboys. They are so tough for me
to find, and so sought after, that I cant be too picky these days. The
small amount of rust is the result of trapped moisture, not salt. It
has a strong 360 with
a four speed. It has the bullet proof NP205 transfercase.
It has power steering, and power disc brakes.
The paint looks good and is recent, but
it's not a show job. The interior has been redone with a recovered
seat and new carpet. Bottom line it is a nice looking driver,
but not a fully restored $20,000 show truck. The paint and
interior were already done when I got the truck.
For my price one couldn't come close to
getting one to this condition. These Highboys are the hottest trucks
for me right now. I just can't find enough of them to keep up with the
demand.
