1991 GMC V2500 3/4 ton Suburban,
with the top-of-the-line SLE trim. 1991 was the last and most
refined year of this classics square body style. This one is an
excellent example, featuring a straight, never cut or lifted, 100%
rustfree body from California. 91 was the only year of this
classics style to get an overdrive in a 3/4 ton. This is a
fully loaded Suburban. It has a rebuilt fuel injected 350
with just over 10k, A rebuilt HD 4L80E overdrive automatic with under
50k,
Cold F & R A/C, PW, PDL, tilt, cruise, power mirrors. It also
has the factory towing package which features a class III trailer hitch,
extra coolers, skid plates, tow hooks, rear anti-sway bar and heavier
suspension and brakes. Finally it has nice middle of the road 3:73 axles. The
brakes are nice, the suspension is tight, and the exhaust is sound.
This suburban has 9 passenger seating. The interior is clean and showing minimal wear
for it's age. The carpet is nice, but showing some light soiling.
The paint is very nice with only a few dings and touch ups. This
Suburban will get over 15 mpg due to the overdrive and fuel injection.
I have put 50 or so miles on it, and it is an awesome driver.
This Suburban also features a
front mount Ramsey winch with grill guard, and a roof rack for tons of
extra storage for camping or long trips. It has an overhead DVD
player and back up camera that were working but not now. Probably
just a connection issue at the AM/FM/CD/DVD/Camera player in the dash.
The radio and CD player work fine. Overall this is a hard to find
and desirable, nice running, looking, and driving heavy duty 4x4
Suburban, that is ready to be put into service. This one
sure beats paying $70,000.00 for a new one. |
