1983 Chevy K10 1/2 ton 4x4 Short bed
1983 short bed Chevy 4x4. This is a full loaded Silverado. It is 99.9% rustfree, and was originally from North Carolina. I took it in on trade from a local couple. The body and inside of the bed are very straight. The paint is old and dry.
As mentioned this is a fully loaded Silverado. It has rebuilt 383 small block Chevy, with a rebuilt 700R4 overdrive automatic. Both have around 40k on them. Other options include, A/C, Cruise, Tilt, Dual fuel tanks, Class III receiver style hitch, Intermittent wipers, etc.
The interior is clean and complete, with a new headliner. It also has a nice sounding AM/FM/CD stereo
She runs and drives nice. The old school "Hurricane" wheels have decent 31x10.5x15 tires, and look nice on it.
Overall, all square body 4x4's are hot, and getting real tough for me to find at fair prices. This is a nice honest fully loaded Silverado short bed 4x4, truck that could be enjoyed as is or would be easy to restore.
