1986 Chevy K30 1 ton
dually crew cab 4x4. This 4x4 only has 109k miles, and has been in the
same family since new. It has a straight body and is 100% rustfree
from Arizona. This one is a Silverado. I has basically
everything except PW, & PDL. It has a
strong running 454 with a nice shifting TH 400, working cold A/C, tilt,
cruise, dual tanks, class III hitch, etc. Being a 1 ton dually, it also gets
all the strongest parts GM ever put into a pickup. Including the Dana
60 front axle, NP 205 gear driven transfer case, and the Dana 70
rear end. It has 4.10 gears in the axles.
This 4x4 hasn't been a beat work truck. Again, the body is very
straight for it's age. Even the bed floor, and upper bed rails are
straight. You will notice a wide stripe that goes across the hood,
down the fender and across the bottom. That was either a factory
graphic, or dealer installed back in the day. The guy I got it from
painted over it with white. The truck itself still it's original paint
on most of it. You will also notice some paint missing and surface
rust across both lower rear door. There is no cancer, it is just
where the factory seem sealer has come out. I could have taken a pray
can and shot a little paint on there and it would look perfect, but I don't
try to do that kind of stuff. I want my customers to see exactly what
you are getting.
It has the factory bud wheels with stock sized 235/85/16 radials. The
L front tire is new. The rest hold air, but need to be replaced soon.
The blue interior is
very clean for being over 30 years old. It even has factory floor mats
front and rear, that kept the carpet nice. We recovered the headliner
with new correct material, due to the typical sagging. We also
installed a new Kenwood CD player and speakers. This is a nice no excuses real 4x4
that drives like new. It goes straight down the road with no
vibrations, rattles, or squeaks. I would hop in, put a 10,000 lb.
trailer behind it and head cross county. |
