Nice 1987
K5 Chevy Blazer
4x4, with Top-of-the-line Silverado trim. This is a one family owned K5
that has a nice proud
stance. These were the last of the removable top Blazers. This
is a fine example of an unmolested K5 Blazer.
It has a straight 100% rustfree body that has
spent it's entire life in sunny dry California.
It is hard to find clean K5 Blazers, most have been beat pretty hard.
This one is well optioned with a strong fuel injected 5.0L engine, nice shifting
700R4 overdrive automatic, A/C, tilt, power rear
window, class III receiver hitch & factory skid plates, etc. It
has nice
31x10.5x15 tires on factory rallies. It also has a nice sounding
CD system. This Blazer is a nice driver that only has 145,339 miles on it.
It even still has the original spare tire still. The engine does
puff just a little smoke on start-up, but goes away immediately.
Probably dry original valve seals.
The interior is
clean. It has new OE fit black carpet that was installed not long
before I got it. Some of the material on the seats was getting dry
and splitting, so we put the seat covers on to protect the foam.
All the foam, springs and mechanicals are fine in the seats.
Overall, this is a nice clean no excuses K5. We all know they aren't
getting any easier to find. I wouldn't be afraid to hop in and drive it
any place. |
