1990 Chevy
Suburban 1500 1/2ton 4x4. This Suburban still features it's
original white and blue paint, and is 99% rustfree from Washington
state. It is the, Top-of-the-Line Silverado
model. It has a rebuilt strong fuel injected
350 from Jasper, with around 20k on it. It also has the overdrive automatic
that was rebuilt around 100k miles and, it shifts perfect. It is
fully loaded with: working Front and rear A/C, Cruise, Tilt, PW, PDL,
Bucket Seats, third row seat, Class
III hitch, 3.73 axle ratios, Front tow hooks, etc. It also has the
factory quad front shocks. It has the desirable rear barn doors
that are hard to find on a half ton Suburban. The previous owner
also installed air bags on the rear that work. Finally, it has
factory rear heat, but the lines going to it are bad.
It has 155K on
the body, which is about average for these western vehicles. Plus
the miles aren't as hard on western
vehicles as they are back here. They have nice smooth roads, and
no cold winter starts. It runs and drives awesome. It also
has nice throaty sounding exhaust.
The interior is
nice. The headliner was replaced. The dash has some typical cracking, but has a nice dash carpet on it. It
has the factory radio. The clock works, but radio doesn't.
The previous owner also installed a ceiling mounted rifle rack.
At he vary
bottom of the pictures I included pictures of the only rust on the
suburban. That is why I say it is only 99% rustfree. We
replaces the passengers inner fender.
This isn't the most perfect square body suburban I have ever had, but is
probably one of the best running and driving ones I have had. They
like all square body 4x4 stuff is just getting hard for me to find, so I am
just happy to be still finding this stuff. But, overall, this is a nice clean
turn key driver, that I wouldn't be afraid to
hop in and drive it cross country. |
