1976 Ford F250 factory "Highboy"
4x4, with a nice rugged stance. This a 99.9% RUSTFREE,
Highboy from California. I call it 99.9% rustfree because is has a
line of bubbles on the roof and some pin holes in the passengers side floor
pan. You just cant hardly find a 100% rustfree one anymore. They
are just getting to old. It's original color scheme was Tan and Gold,
however it was painted solid dark gold several years back. It has only had 2 adult owners.
It has a strong rebuilt 390, and a rebuilt C6 automatic. It also has
the shift on the fly front
axle, the divorced NP 203 transfer case, power steering, the big HD power disc brakes,
etc. It also has dealer installed Ford A/C. It has a nice
sounding Kenwood AM/FM CD radio also. It has 33" BFG's on nice stock
steel wheels. I also has a class III hitch on the rear. The
brakes and suspension are tight. It had had recent dual exhaust
installed I just had a new front driveshaft built for it. The
body, and bed are straight for its age.
Bottom line, I get
requests almost daily for 76 and early 77 Highboys with disc brakes. I
have gotten to where I just tell everyone to watch the site and first come first
served. She wont last long.
