1977 Ford F250 4x4, with the
Top-of-The-Line "Ranger XLT" trim, and the Heavy Duty 8400 GVW
"Camper Special" package. The Ranger XLT package gave you all the
pretty stuff, and the Campers Special package gave you all the heavy duty
stuff. The heavy duty parts included, factory overloads springs in the
rear, extra fluid coolers, the big "Desert Cooler" radiator, larger brakes,
and a rear anti-sway bar.
Now we
get to the best part, this is a straight, 100% rustfree, 100% original paint
survivor from Arizona. I haven't had on one this dry, straight, and
original for w while. The only real item that isn't stock is that the
weak original 400 Modified was replaced with a strong rebuilt 460.
Other options include: working factory A/C (needs another pound of Freon to
top it off), firm shifting C6 automatic, big disc Brakes, Power Steering,
etc. It also has 4.10 axles with a limited slip Dana 60 rear, a high
pinion Dana 44 front, with the bullet proof NP205 transfer case.
They just don't get much nicer
than this for an affordable original survivor. You wont be
disappointed. The pictures speak for themselves.
