1978 F250 3/4 ton 4x4 "Ranger" Trim
1978 Ford F250 4x4 with the premium Ranger trim package. The Ranger package adds styling and fancier trim. This truck has a unique color combination that gets a lot of compliments. Yes that is still the factory seat with that plaid cloth. This 4x4 still features the original paint on a straight 99.9% rustfree body from Oregon. It is an absolutely excellent running and driving 4x4. It only has 125k miles and has had two adult owners. The ash tray has never been used. It has a strong smooth 400 engine. It has the desirable 4 speed with a recent clutch. The timing chain has been replaced with a timing gear style. The tires are like new. Other options include power steering, power disc brakes, 4.10 axles, dual fuel tanks, etc. It has the bullet proof NP 205 transfercase, high pinion Dana 44 front, and a Dana 60 rear. You aren't going to hurt the drive train on this 4x4. Overall this is a very clean survivor. I have personally used this truck. I love how it drives and I would drive it anyplace.
