Hard to find
and desirable 1979 Bronco 4x4, with the factory 4 speed manual
transmission. I can hardly find these Broncos any longer and they
sell as soon as I post them. This one features the base "Custom" trim,
which keeps it nice and simple. She has had the same owner for the
past 25 years. This Bronco features a strong older rebuilt 351
with about 15k Miles on it. It has a 600 Holley carb, and an
Edelbrock intake. The 4 speed manual shifts nice, and the clutch
is smooth. It drives about like an old lifted Bronco would.
It has the High pinion Dana 44 front, bullet proof NP205 Tcase, and a 9
inch limited slip (posi) rear. The axle ratio is a 4.11:1.
it has a 4" lift, and old school 35 in tires on alloy wheel. It
also has power steering, power disc brakes, power rear window, factory
skid plates and quad front shocks. This
Bronco is 99.9% RUSTFREE from the west coast. . The body has
some dents and dings but overall is pretty straight. It still has
all of it's original paint, so you know exactly what you are getting.
The only rust is in some of the door seems and a couple spots in the
outer door corners. It's a lot more solid than most even from out
west. A 100% rustfree one doesn't really exist any longer. It
has a clean interior, with a nice sounding AM/FM/CD radio. It has a class III receiver type hitch on it
also. Overall, this is a nice running, driving, and looking Bronco.
These second gen. Bronco's are very desirable, and sell as soon as
I post them.
