Hard to find
and desirable 1979 Bronco 4x4, with Top-of-the-Line Ranger XLT trim.
This Bronco is 100% RUSTFREE from Oregon. This is a fully loaded Bronco. Options include: XLT trim, bucket seats, A/C,
Rebuilt 351 with an Edelbrock intake an 4 bbl carb combo, rebuilt C6 automatic, tilt, cruise, power rear window, power steering, power disc brakes, leather
wrapped steering wheel, quad front shocks,
skid plate package, etc. It also has the heavy duty Trailering
package witch features, a rear anti sway bar, extra fluid coolers, and
the oversize "desert cooler" radiator. It has a class III rear
hitch. Finally, it has nice tires on mint condition factory Ford
8" alloy wheels.
The body is pretty
straight, it does have some dings and scrapes. It got keyed some
years ago and has been touched up, but you can still see it. it
has some light dents on the rear lift gat and a dent around the drivers
tail light area. All this is minor for the age but there non the
less. The interior is still all original with the exception of the
addition of a nice
sounding CD stereo. The dash pad isn't cracked, the door panels
are nice. However, the front seat vinyl is shot from the west
coast sun and heat but the cloth inserts are still nice. The back
seat is still nice.
Overall this is a
clean, unabused, 100% rustfree, fully loaded Bronco, that is an
excellent driver as is, but would be a good choice for a full
restoration. FYI, all 78 and 79 Bronco's were built in Michigan,
but this one has spent it's entire life on the west coast.
