Very
Rare and probably one of the few left, 1979 F350 factory 1 ton 4x4 with the Top-of-The-Line Lariat trim.
I have been told that Ford only
produced 300 F350 4x4 regular cabs in 1979. This is
the only 1979 F350 regular cab I have ever had the chance to purchase.
1979 was the first and only year of this body style that one could purchase
an F350 4x4 in a regular cab. To top it off this has the "Lariat" trim
package. This 4x4 only has 116,000 actual miles. The pictures
speak for them selves. This 4x4 is as dry as a bone and 100% RUSTFREE
from Arizona. The paint is nice and the body is straight and uncut.
It has a few dings, chips, and scratches, but sure looks proud. It
runs and drives awesome. This is hands down the strongest running 400
equipped truck I have ever driven. It has a Holley 4 barrel on an Edlebrock intake. It is an absolute pleasure to drive. The
clutch is smooth and the 4 speed shifts nice. The F350 also got the
DANA 60 front axel, with the big disc brakes, F & R anti-sway bars, and
oversize radiator. Other factory options include: Cold A/C, Power
Steering, Tilt, Cruise, Intermittent Wipers, Sport Steering Wheel, Dual
Tanks, 4:10 Posi rear, etc. The interior is near perfect, as is the
inside of the bed. This has been a very well cared for truck that
hasn't been used for work. If you have been watching my site and
waiting on an F350 4x4, don't miss this one. I may never get another.
