As the pre 80 Fords dry up and have
gotten to expensive, I have been getting more requests for the 80 - 96 "OBS"
Fords. The ones I have been getting have been selling well.
This one is a 1989 F250 SuperCab,
with Top-of-the-Line Lariat trim. It is a fully loaded heavy duty 2wd. This one was one family owned and is only showing
102k miles on the odometer. It runs and drives awesome. This
F250 features it's original paint on a straight, 100% rustfree California
body. Again, this is a fully loaded "Lariat" and
features a strong fuel injected 460, nice shifting automatic, A/C, PW, PDL, Tilt, Cruise,
dual tanks, etc. It drives excellent. The brakes, exhaust,
and suspension are all sound. The bucked seat interior is very clean. It hasn't been smoked in
either.
Also, this is the heavy duty model F250
with the beefy Sterling rear with desirable 3.55 gears. We did
switch out the tires after doing the photo shoot. The pictured tires
were flat spotted and wouldn't round out. We replaced them with 4 nice
stock sized 235-85-16 tires. It has a nice slide in Fifth Wheel hitch
as well as a class III receiver platform hitch.
It comes with all the original
books, and manuals that it came with when new.
Bottom line, this is a clean,
unabused, turn key survivor. These nice ones are tough to find,
and with the low miles this truck will last a long time. |
