1985 GMC K3500
1 ton regular cab. These are getting real tough to find in a true
1 ton. This one features the Sierra trim, and is a rustfree
western survivor. It's not mint, but like I said, I just can find
1 ton regular cabs much anymore. This a simple basic truck.
The 350 runs smooth and strong with a Edelbrock tuned factory Quadrajet
carb. The TH400 A/T shifts nice. The brakes and suspension
are sound and factory dual exhaust sounds nice. It has all the
original heavy duty parts are still there like the disc brake Dana 60
front axle, bullet proof 205 transfer case, and a corporate 14
bolt full floater rear end. It also has duel fuel tanks, and
a class III receiver hitch with electronic brake controller. This
an excellent running and driving rare 1 ton 4x4.
I doesn't need anything to be a good daily driver, but would sure be
pretty all redone. There just aren't many of these around. I
would truly hop in put a load behind it and drive it anywhere.
These were the the last of the true "HD's" that GM offered. |
