1988 GMC
1 ton, crew-cab dually 4x4, with Top-of-the-line "Sierra Classic" trim.
This 1 ton dually was originally owned by the Air Force. I got it
from the second owner. He claims the miles to be actual 43,000.
It is a 100% rustfree western survivor. It features a strong
running fuel injected 454, mated to a good shifting TH400 automatic.
Other options include:
3+3 seating, Power Windows, Power Door Locks,
A/C (missing compressor), Cruise, Tilt, etc. This truck also has
all the other HD equipment: Dana 60 front, NP205 Transfer case, 14 bolt
rear, etc. This truck has 4.10 axles. These were the
heaviest duty 4x4's GM ever produced.
The
interior is presentable and not torn up. It has an electric trailer brake controller,
and a class III receiver hitch. It
runs strong and drives tight. The tires a 90%+ tread on
factory wheels.
I am really
struggling to find any of this 1 ton square body stuff any longer.
This isn't the nicest I have ever owned, but at this point I'll take
anything I can find. If you have been waiting for us to get
another one, you might want to jump on it. They are drying up
fast.
